Bij Young Rabo geloven we dat de toekomst wordt gevormd door de stemmen van vandaag. Daarom organiseren we opnieuw Voice of Young Rabo: een inspirerende bijeenkomst waar jouw mening écht het verschil maakt.

Na een succesvolle eerste editie, kijken we ernaar uit om samen met jullie verder te bouwen aan ideeën die impact hebben. Dit keer hebben we een nieuwe spreker: Nick van Boven hoofd van SVP particulieren, die zijn visie zal delen over focus, innovatie en de kracht van jonge stemmen binnen Rabobank.

Waarom meedoen?

Jongeren zijn niet alleen de toekomst, ze zijn ook het nu. Met Voice of Young Rabo geven we jou het podium om gehoord te worden, om te inspireren en om impact te maken. Tijdens deze sessie gaan we in deepdive break-outs in gesprek over actuele en uitdagende thema’s. Jouw perspectief is waardevol en dat willen we horen.

Thema’s voor deze sessie

• De grootste uitdaging is niet het bedenken van nieuwe strategieën, maar het gezamenlijk kiezen van één leidend doel en daar radicaal op focussen in alles wat we doen. Hoe kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat we niet verzanden in losse ideeën, maar samen één duidelijke richting kiezen? Welke uitdagingen zie je hierin binnen de bank?
• Is het verantwoord om features en proposities razendsnel te lanceren (‘test & learn’), ook als ze nog niet perfect zijn, om jongeren te verrassen?
• Moet Rabobank haar merk en producten voor jongeren loskoppelen van het ‘traditionele’ bankimago om echt te kunnen concurreren met neobanken?
• Referral-programma’s en netwerkeffecten zijn dé groeimotor bij Gen Z; Hoe kunnen we als Rabobank hier meer uit halen door deze mechanismen te versterken in onze producten?

At Young Rabo, we believe the future is shaped by the voices of today. That’s why we are organizing another edition of Voice of Young Rabo: an inspiring session where your opinion truly makes a difference.

After a successful first edition, we look forward to continuing to build impactful ideas together. This time, we are excited to welcome a new speaker: Nick van Boven, Head of SVP Retail, who will share his vision on focus, innovation, and the power of young voices within Rabobank.

Why participate?

Young people are not only the future  they are also the present. With Voice of Young Rabo, we give you the stage to be heard, to inspire, and to make an impact. During this session, we will dive into deep‑dive breakouts to discuss current and challenging topics. Your perspective is valuable, and we want to hear it.

Themes for this session

• The biggest challenge is not coming up with new strategies, but collectively choosing one guiding goal and focusing on it radically in everything we do. How can we prevent getting lost in separate ideas and instead move together in one clear direction? What challenges do you see within the bank?
• Is it responsible to launch features and propositions at high speed (“test & learn”), even if they’re not perfect yet, in order to surprise young customers?
• Should Rabobank detach its brand and youth products from the “traditional” bank image to truly compete with neobanks?
• Referral programs and network effects are major growth drivers for Gen Z. How can Rabobank leverage these mechanisms more effectively within our products?
